Click the export button or select Export from the File menu to export or download the listings you are examining. This places the listings in a file that you can open with another application.
When exporting, you have the option of formatting your listings in ASCII (comma-delimited), DBF (database), Tab-delimited, Galley or Label format. See the "Download formats" help topic for more information.
The ASCII, DBF, and Tab-delimited formats are customizable for exporting. When choosing one of these formats, click on the "Customize" button, and the Export Customization dialog will appear. In the scrolling list on the left, you can select which fields you want to export and which you don't. Only the fields that are highlighted will be exported.
You can also use the check-boxes on the right to specify whether the Name and Address fields should be separated into their component parts. You can export the full name in one field (e.g. "Jim Bryant") or the first and last names in separate fields ("Bryant", "Jim"). You could also export the full address in one field ("201 Main Street 2A") or the house number, street name, and apartment number in separate fields ("201", "Main Street", "2A").
